    Thank you so much.
I was feeling a little disheartened this month as the total really seemed to not be moving but having sat back and thought how much we have achieved in a relatively short space of time I'm feeling so proud of ourselves but also kicking ourselves for not starting a few years ago ;)

    Me again.
Hubby has just been paid (his work missed off last months overtime so this month was a bumper payout) so I have managed to transfer over £3500 into the OP savings account.

This takes our total to £26294.80/£47300 = 55.59%

We have passed the half way mark    <3<3<3<3<3

Now we shall see how long it takes us to find the other 45% ;)

Good morning - it's only me again ;)

Just popping by to declare a further £240 added to the OP savings pot made up of £200 chippy wages, £30 business earnings transferred from Paypal and £10 from cashing in a Amazon voucher earned on Mistplay.

This brings my total to £26534.80/£47300 = 56.09%

Only equates to 0.5% but it's still 0.5% in the right direction so I'm happy :)

Tomorrow is Etsy payday and although it's been very quiet I should still get around £200 credited so I'll declare that when it hits my bank account and has been transferred over.

How is everyone else getting on?

  • I'm still hovering at 3%. Had some extra earnings but the school uniforms finished me off! Your progress is very inspiring though. I will plod on and even though 2023 may not be my debt busting year I'm finding the new budget I've set myself to be holding steady which definitely helps.

Oh I am so not missing the uniform shopping this year! I feel for you how much it costs these days.
Don't underestimate your achievement - Be proud you have made progress - 3% is amazing with the cost of living what it is at the moment and that's 3% off the debt you longer have to pay. Plus it's not gone up which is a great achievement in itself.

Keep going lovely - you have this!!!

I've finally managed to transfer over my Etsy earnings for August after having difficulty getting a text message through to log into my bank account (the joys of living in a small village in Norfolk!!!)

My total now stands at £26775.05/£47300 = 56.60%

    It's creeping up slowly :)

  • Hey all, I've been MIA for a little while.
I've had to put the debt repayments on hold as I've been saving up for an operation. (10k :open_mouth:) going to have to borrow a little bit from a couple of people.

Then I'll be back on track with a vengence

Sorry I've been missing in action too due to a family bereavement.

I'm popping in quickly now though to declare a further £431.41 which has been added to the OP savings pot since my last post. This is made up of chippy wages (£288.30), Craftsuprint money from downloads (£3.11) and a gift from my mum and dad to say thank you (although not sure what for but they would not take no for an answer £140).

My total now stands at £27206.46/£47300 = 57.51%
