    Guess who ;)

I've added £95 to the OP savings pot today thanks to half the cost of my son's prom car being paid by his friend's mum, We didn't ask them for any money towards the hire as we were hiring it anyway so it is an unexpected bonus :)

My total now stands at £17834.75/£47300 = 37.70%

Getting closer to that 38% figure :) Roll on pay day for the chippy tomorrow :)

    Aww thank you.

We came up with the idea to pay off our BTL mortgages in the middle of November last year. We had a little go in Dec and added around £1k to start the savings pot off but it is only really this year when we have tried to step our efforts up and have managed to save the total we have (as we used the £1k we had saved to pay a lump sum off our own mortgage which is now has less than £100 balance ) :)

I would love to reach the 50% mark by the end of this ear if possible - then I'll be serious chuffed with ourselves :)

Hi all. Its me again - sorry.

Just a quick post as I have managed to add a further £10.43 to my OP pot today made up of a Royal Mail claim for a parcel which went missing (£6.05) and free items and discounts from using the Lidl App when shopping (£4.38).

Not loads but every little counts :)

My total now stands at £18054.18/£47300 = 38.16%

Think its going to be slow progress for the next few weeks but any progress made I will be happy with :)

    Morning all.

I've just earned enough on Prime Opinions to cash out an Amazon voucher so transferred £10 into the OP savings account :)

    Total now stands at £18064.18/£47300 = 38.19%

My percentage is creeping up slowly :)
