    Good morning - it's me again ;)

I have just transferred over £14.00 into the OP savings pot made up of two NSD (£10) for yesterday and today and £4 from Thursday when I only spent £1 the whole day.
Not much but these little sums really seem to help :)

My total now stands at £18078.18/£47300 = 38.22%
    Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.02

The little sums really do help @craftingmad
For me it’s very much little and often.
You are also of course saving having to pay the interest on £18k so you’re making savings on top of savings. That really is an incredible total in just over half a year

    Thank you.
I always try to transfer a little everyday if I can and then any bigger amounts are always a bonus.
I honestly cannot believe how much we have managed in just under 7 months. I'm just hoping we can keep up the momentum and get these mortgage debts shifted as soon as we can :)

Payday from the chippy for me yesterday so I've added £70.20 into the OP savings account along with a further £10 made up of a NSD for today (I'm too busy to spend anything so transferred it early) and £5 Mistplay reward (I claimed an Amazon voucher but always add the amount of voucher into my savings pot).

My total now stands at 18158.38/£47300 = 38.38%

The figure is creeping up slowly but surely :)

Wow @craftingmad you are doing well. I considered doing this challenge at the beginning of the year but my 1% is so high, I was worried it would demotivate me. But after 6 months I have paid 18%. It's the first time I've looked at it as a percentage and I can see now that that is massive progress. I'd like to join if possible using my debt figure from the beginning of the year??
Total debt when my journey began in December 2022- £66,133.42
    Current debt May 2024- £40,064.57
    Repaid 39.42%

Thank you. You are doing amazing as well.
That is a huge amount - you should be really proud of yourself.
I too worried that I would get demotivated as my 1% figure is quite high but I actually find the opposite and really enjoy seeing the figure creeping up. It's helping me find all sorts of ways that I can find that 0.1% :)

Cannot wait to hear about your progress in the future x
