Welcome home. Glad you had a good trip. Hope you get the phone sorted out quickly.

Welcome home. Which bit’s didn’t you enjoy (apart from the midges obviously) 😁. If you wear dresses you really have to wear tights too, which I know is counterproductive! I’m glad you had a safe trip.

Fabulous photos! I think I’d prefer the security of a campsite myself. It would give me horror movie vibes parking remotely with no one else around 😅

WW we always stayed in designated Motorhome spots (there’s an app telling you where you can stay- I couldn’t just stay in a lay by) but I’ve discovered I’m more of a townie than a traveller. I like a proper base to return to 😂😂 preferably with electric hook up. I can manage without the electric - but if I have a choice….electric all the way for me 😂😂😂
I’ve had a lovely day. I went to U3A this morning and an old friend I used to work with was there so we had a good old catch up. We’ve said we will do lunch next month 😀
I came home to a letter from the taxman saying they owe me £17.50 which is better in my pocket than there’s 😀😀😀. Whilst I was reclaiming this I decided to double check my pension forecast. I did check it a while back but Dh has been pestering me to double check. I’ve paid 49years full contributions so will get my pension. I was sure I would but he had me doubting.
I’ve  paid my cc in full after my holiday spends. I want to do a little more number crunching, but all is well 👍 I just need to keep an eye on the spends for a while just to pull them back before I get too used to spending at silly levels. It’s doable for a couple of weeks but not continually.
The only problem I’ve had is I’ve (whispers quietly as I’ve done this many times before) I’ve mislaid my false tooth 😵‍💫☺️ I’ve been through the bins, moved furniture and have no recollection of taking it out last night 😳…..it’s really bugging me now 😳

I’ve given up with GaffGiff…..customer service is absolutely dire. I’ve requested my pac code and found a deal cheaper with more usage plus a £40 voucher if you stay with them 6 months. 😀👍 Hopefully the new sim will be with me tomorrow and I can (or my technical assistant - namely Dh) can get it rolling tomorrow evening 😀

Good news on the tax rebate, it all helps. Hope you haven’t swallowed your tooth in the night 😱

My thought was swallowing the tooth…hopefully the fitting is too big for that? Did you check the bed? Could it have fallen out in the night?

I definitely haven’t swallowed it as it’s on a plate. I’m the world’s worse for taking it out as soon as I walk through the door or even in the car as it suddenly feels really uncomfortable and heavy at the end of the day. I have a couple of places I put it…..but it has turned up in the bin, by the front doorstep as I’d dropped it on my way in. I once had to get a replacement, only to find the original afterwards…..I’ve been really good with it recently but we came in from ds last night and straight up to bed. I really have no recollection of what I did with it.
