Happy New Year everyone 🥳
I went to bed just after 9 last night and was fast asleep at midnight. The fireworks woke Mr SA up but I was oblivious to them. Nothing disturbs me when I’m asleep.I had promised Mr SA a Gr£ggs bacon roll and coffee for his breakfast which he was really looking forward to. However I failed to check if they would be open so I trekked out only to find them closed today. I knew he’d be disappointed so ended up buying a pack of bacon from Mr T and a C0sta from a machine. So I ended up doing him a cooked breakfast. He really enjoyed it though.I did day 1 of the yoga challenge then we took the dog on the park. It’s a lot warmer today than yesterday and no frost.Mr SA is having his siesta now so I’m sat on the sofa with the dog. I really need to make a start on packing away a few Christmas decorations though. I thought if I do a few a day it won’t look so bare although the lit twig tree and fairy lights stay up all year.I keep thinking it’s Saturday so will have a shock when I’ve got to get up for work in the morning 😆 I don’t plan to go into the office though so it won’t be too bad. I imagine it will be another boring day as loads of people are still on leave.Tonight’s dinner is stir fry.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4
