Thank you all. I had a lovely time with my friends. Also some good news from the vet who phoned while I was in the pub 😆 The growth he removed from the dog’s ear was benign 🥳
As always I left after the meal while my friends went for cocktails elsewhere. To be honest there’s only so much I can drink and I’d already had a G&T and wine. I can’t keep up with them they are definitely more hardcore than me despite us all being a similar age 🤣
When I got home I sat in my hanging chair in the sun and finished my book. Mr SA met me outside Lid! I was disappointed they didn’t have the plant I was after but I picked up a bag of compost.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -
