We are like you. We don't do sitting around sun bathing all day, we have to be up and about doing something :)

Enjoy your day. It sounds lovely.

Love the flower pots arranged out on the steps. I want steps now, just so I can have interesting flower pots on them!

Your photos look lovely and sorry about the "accident" with Mr SA.  It sounds like he needs some investigations when you get home.

It would be so good if you got some respite  through Mr SA accepting care from someone else as this must be so difficult for you. I know that DD is not particularly hands on with him but getting some help from social services (stretched as they are) might be worth investigating again when you get home. Is even a weekend or few days away on your own a possibility?

I think it is incredibly unfair you probably do not qualify for carers allowance in view of the number of hours you must spend clearing up after him. It may get more difficult as he gets older so getting things in place asap for if you are unable to care for him would be sensible.
