Supermarket layouts are changed periodically to make you buy more - honestly, it's an age-old marketing ruse.
I get that in theory while I'm searching for cornflakes I might spot the flavour of jam that I've not been able to find for the last five years, or suddenly be seized with a compulsion to buy washing up sponges, but surely I'm not the only one to give up the search in exasperation and buy what I want elsewhere?

No you are definitely not the only one.  Mind you I am not the most patient of shoppers at the best of times.  I would have mine delivered but it always seems to turn up without the things I really want & they never let you know before you get it that that item isn't coming.
  • I have a part share in a vax (I think the pet smart one) and ive always been pretty pleased with it.

Must be something in the air as I did some of my carpets at the weekend 😅 Spring cleaning fever maybe!

Glad the carpet cleaner worked well.  We had a Vax and got rid of it because it was rubbish. I've been interested in the discussion!

Not fond of ours, either @jwil. I'm assuming the technology has moved on since we bought ours.
Water used to get encouragingly dirty, yet carpets never seemed to look much better, so I too am following the progress of @Sun_Addict & her new machine.

Remember....if you have to put it on a credit card, extend your overdraft or take out a loan to buy whatever it is, you probably can't afford it, as that's not your money, it's somebody else's!

I agree.  Mine was quite old so I assume technology has moved on a lot!

Hope those keys turn up. I lost the key to our living room windows a couple of years ago & it has never been found! I'm sure you're right though, & that the missing set will be in a different bag or coat. Let's hope so.
