That's Wednesday almost done. I was in the office until just before lunchtime when I got fed up of being freezing cold and came home. Blooming air con, I detest it 🤬

The carpet cleaner arrived earlier, that was super quick delivery, less than 24 hours. Not had time to look at it yet. Mr SA's wellies have also arrived.

Stopped off at Lid! on the way home. Picked up Mr SA's free apple turnover and the free drink item (6 cans of diet lemonade). Mr SA now has a free pretzel 😆 Struggling to get used to the new store layout after the revamp.

Exercise has been walking to/from work, another short yoga session after work and Zumba at 6pm.

Tonight's dinner is Tofu with rice noodles and stir fried veg.

Oooh, I fancy some tofu now you've mentioned it. I used to make 'Indonesian tofu rice' ages ago. I know I copied the recipe into my new book recently, so I must bring it back into our more regular repertoire.
There;ll be no stopping Mr SA now he's got those new wellies!

Bet you can't wait to use the carpet cleaner now.  I was very excited the first time we used ours, Couldn't believe just how dirty the water was, and also how much fluff it sucked up. and I think I am quite good at cleaning, and we never go on carpets with shoes on or anything. Just goes to show.....

Our carpet cleaner has always felt like a massive faff & lives in the loft hardly ever seeing the light of day.

Supermarket layouts are changed periodically to make you buy more - honestly, it's an age-old marketing ruse.

I have a handwritten list of the layout of my usual Mr T and Ald! stores, and write my shopping list in that order.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

I’m not sure I’d attach the phrase can’t wait to use it 🤣 but the carpet needs cleaning desperately. I dread to think how dirty the water will be 😬

I get that in theory while I'm searching for cornflakes I might spot the flavour of jam that I've not been able to find for the last five years, or suddenly be seized with a compulsion to buy washing up sponges, but surely I'm not the only one to give up the search in exasperation and buy what I want elsewhere?
