In gardening news I’ve painted the side gate and part one of the fence that runs along the back garden. Mr SA was asleep for the whole duration of me doing this. When I finally finished I sat and finished my book with a glass of Prosecco left over from last night. He appeared with a sleep creased face and commented “it’s alright for some” 😐
Picked loads of mangetout and sugar snap peas they’re growing faster than I can pick them!Finished reading All Of Us Are Broken by Fiona Cummins, it was good but very dark. Feel the need to read something a bit lighter for my next read. The tofu and tomato curry was absolutely gorgeous. Can hear and see the lights from Download Festival from my garden. Always a mental note not to book a holiday this time of year as it’s right next to our local airport and always causes chaos.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3 -

Haha, wouldn’t it have been lovely if you had been sipping Prosecco all afternoon. Cheeky MrSA!

Hope DD gets some progress today. Mr SA typical not realising you've been working hard."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney1

Happy Monday another new week starts.
Hopefully DD will know what's happening at some stage today. She may well be coming home but if not I'm going to have to take her some clean PJs in tomorrow after work.
WFH today as I need to be in the office tomorrow for an event. It's going to be a busy week as I have the work event tomorrow, Mr SA has a hospital appointment on Wednesday and the older cat has her annual booster at the vets on Thursday.
It's the final week of the 4 week budget period. Need to be careful with the groceries pot this week to avoid going over budget although there should be an overall underspend across the spending pots. Finances checked and cc balance has been cleared. The £200 fairer share payment has been split with £100 going to the house/garden pot and £100 going to personal spends pot.
Today's exercise is dog walking later this morning and hooping at 6pm. Need to find something on YT for a lunchtime session.
Tonight's dinner is leftover tomato and tofu curry from yesterday.
Cleaning task is the bathroom as didn't get round to it yesterday. Garden jobs are repot some plants in the mini greenhouse into bigger pots. Also water and feed greenhouse and pot plants.
I have a meeting with the park voluntary group at 7pm. I was thinking about skipping this one but there's something of particular interest to me on the agenda so will probably go.

You always seem to enjoy those meetings once you get there, so it’s worth the effort I think ✨Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Yes - what WW said about the meetings!
Hope DD gets some resolution today on what needs to be done and actually gets some movement forwards. Presumably they must have been concerned about the aneurism to have kept her in all weekend.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
