Stew sounds good. I adapt recipes too. Your lentil flatbread sounds interesting. Where do you get lentil flour?

135g red lentils soaked in lots of water for at least 1 hour
Drain and add 120ml fresh water
Add half tsp salt and half tsp baking powder
Add seasoning and herbs of your choice
Blitz until pancake batter consistency
Line a baking tray with paper and pour in, spread out
Bake for 30-35 mins 190c/375f/gas 6

Happy Friday another working week done. Not at my best today as someone at work said something to me that upset me. I don’t want to go into details but they broke their neck to tell me someone was angry with me for something completely beyond my control but turned out they weren’t angry in the least. Why don’t people think before they open their mouths 😡
I have a really good reputation at work so this has annoyed me. It was something really trivial and had nothing to do with this person and I thought she was a friend 🙁 I could report it but she has MH issues and honestly it’s just too trivial a matter to escalate. She does need to keep it zipped though.
Anyway that aside, have done 20k steps walking to and from work.I bought a few things from Lidl on the way home but spent less than £6.Had a stir fry for dinner tonight. I didn’t really feel hungry, I can’t eat when I’m upset or stressed, I completely lose my appetite but it was nice anyway.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -

Sorry to hear your upset, as SuzeQstan has said some people are not happy unless they are causing trouble, probably best to keep her at arms length and ignore what she has said. Although if it happens again I would report her.

Thank you all. I want to be careful with this person as she’s not been back at work that long from being off long term with MH issues and she’s a bit unstable to say the least. She always looks as though she’s dosed up to the eyeballs. I think the person who was allegedly ‘angry’ with me may well have had a word with her so water under the bridge really. On a more positive note as the WW online shop is closing 😢 I put in a final order. It arrived today and OMG the freebies they sent - their latest cookbook, apron, oven glove, 10 protein chocolate bars and 10 boxes of chocolate cereal bars. That will keep me going for the foreseeable 😆 I usually buy their cookbooks but had been put off by reviews on the website of the latest one, the picture of an egg on the front cover (I hate eggs so much I even 🤮 at photos of them) and the price of £12.99. It’s actually a brilliant book and full of things I’d definitely make so a bargain at £0 😀 Unfortunately the box of Belgian chocolate bars I’d ordered were missing so I phoned customer services and I’m being refunded. She said congratulations on being a gold member for 21 years - 21 years where has that time gone 😱I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6
