You should read the story. Talk about a self inflicted injury. He went in with his mother for her scan & obviously didn't declare his gun. Only in America. Being a lawyer the rule didn't apply to him. I know I am awful but I had to laugh.

Hope Mr SA isnt bruised from his fall. I can sympathise as having very poor balance I can fall on a flat surface whilst standing still. We have flag stones in the garden with gravel between them and I regularly overbalance when walking on them. I dont generally fall but it has been known when standing still.

That’s Monday almost done. Worked in the office until lunchtime then came home to finish up.
Today’s exercise is walking to/from work and will do a FitOn session later. Should end the day on 20k steps.
Monday finance check done and sent some bits to the 1p saver pot and another bit to the Christmas pot. CC paid off in full. Transferred holiday balance and insurance money from the holiday pot to the current account. Need to decide how much to send to the Cov R/S this month.Tonight’s dinner is leftover butternut squash dhal from Saturday.Doing another 🐙 savings hour at 5.30. I struggle to get Mr SA to understand these sessions 🤦♀️

Happy Tuesday 😎
WFH today.
It's very misty out there but predicted to be a decent day when it clears so have emptied the laundry basket.
Mr SA wasn't very co-operative with the savings session last night. I let him watch the TV but turned off the lamp. I went and had a bath by candlelight and when I came back downstairs he'd switched the lamp back on and was charging his phone! He really doesn't grasp the concept.
Mr M delivery all packed away first thing. No missing items or subs. It was a bigger shop than normal as I had the £15 off £70 spend. Well stocked up now and shouldn't need much extra for another week just bread and a few fresh bits.
The YBS ISA Saver where I'm going to keep the emergency and sinking funds is up and running, I transferred my Cov ISA into there and that's all gone through.
I've got an eyebrow wax and tint after work.
I think Mr SA has forgotten it's Valentines Day today as he hasn't produced a card. I'm not bothered to be honest as I don't want him going out spending silly money on flowers that only last a couple of days. He's the world's worst at choosing them and always manages to pick a bunch that are on their way out. We have a very expensive flower shop locally and I really don't want him going there. He's on a pester for his birthday for a cross and chain. I bought him one for his birthday only about 4/5 years ago so what he's done with it goodness knows! It's all he's thinking about at the moment and he's forever searching for them on his phone. It's not his birthday until April and we'll be in Lanzarote.
Trying a new recipe from The Green Roasting Tin cookbook - sweet potato in tomato and peanut sauce.
Today's exercise is a live bums & tums session at lunchtime and resistance bands tonight. Also aiming to get in 15k steps.

I told Mr RS in no uncertain terms that he wasn't to waste money on cards, flowers or chocolates today and that I wouldn't be either.
We will have a nice (home cooked) steak dinner tonight but that is as far as valentines goes in our house this year. Or any future years for that matter.4 -
