Here is the link for the free activities on WW this Thursday. There's a full timetable of events taking place all day and open for anyone to join in not just members. The stretch & tone session is going to be chair Pilates with the option to do standing. I can highly recommend all the exercise sessions, especially my favourite Zumba at 5pm. All sorts of live sessions not just exercise, the live kitchen events are brilliant.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

I gave Mr SA one task to do today which was top up the pond. He switched the hosepipe on when we got back from taking the dog out this morning. At lunchtime I noticed the water was overflowing so asked him to switch the hosepipe off. Later this afternoon I noticed there was a lake forming on the garden path. Asked him if he was sure he’d switched the hosepipe off, he said he had. Just double checked now and no he hadn’t! Good job we’re not on a water meter 😞
