Morning happy Saturday 🥂
Have an unexpected free day as DS and the GKs have cancelled their visit. Going to use the free time productively. It’s my ClubFit class shortly then I need to take the dog on the park followed by going to the local shops for a paper and to drop off some books at the CS.Making a vegan banana loaf as I have some bananas on their last legs.Going to give the house a good clean this weekend and hopefully get in the garden to make a start on tidying up if nothing else. Also booked in at the beauty salon for an eyebrow wax/tint and gel polish this afternoon. Not been since before Christmas.Tonight’s dinner is pizza and salad. Rose cava in the fridge already.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -

Yes I have but not very successfully. They always fall apart. I don’t eat eggs so it’s the binding bit. I’m going to keep trying though. Chickpea water is meant to be a good substitute.Makingabobor2 said:Have you tried making your own veggie burgers? Delia's spicy chickpea burgers are bound with yoghurt. I make them quite often as we both like them. Chunky & a batch makes 8. They freeze well too.

I love Linda McCartney mozzarella burgers, an indulgent treat and they have a satisfying mouth feel that you often don't get with vegetarian burgershttps://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase/p1

I am seriously addicted to these burgers, I won't try anything else now unless it's a meatfree southern style chicken one 😀PennysIntoPounds said:I love Linda McCartney mozzarella burgers, an indulgent treat and they have a satisfying mouth feel that you often don't get with vegetarian burgersOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,756 Owed = £10,8743 -

Yes we are doing. This is our second meet up since she left. We agreed to meet whenever we’d built up a few books to swap.Onebrokelady said:Glad you had a nice time with your friend, is there any chance of you making it a regular thing ?I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4
