And it’s finally Friday 🥳
A full week at work has been done, go me 🤣
I worked in the office today and enjoyed it as a colleague I get on well with was sitting next to me and we did a fair bit of chatting and laughing 😆
Have finally bought a new pair of trainers for walking to work in. Made the effort to go to TK Maxx after work and have got a great pair of Skechers for £39.99. Really pleased with them. Also stopped off at the theatre box office to book tickets for the Gary Davies 80s roadshow next month but it was closed 🙁 I can get in free as a carer, just have to pay for Mr SA’s ticket and there are only a few seats left. I think I can do it over the phone but not online as I need to quote the access card number. If you go in the box office they also have disabled seats not available online they can show you on a plan which is why I prefer to do it this way. Mr SA needs an end seat so he doesn’t fall on anyone. On the subject of successful purchases, I’m really happy so far with the new mini oven. It’s surprising how much fits in it and it’s cooked everything really well.Today’s exercise has been just over 20,000 steps so that’s me done. Feet up relaxing time now.Tonight’s dinner was lemon and parsley lightly dusted yellowfin sole with sweet potato wedges and lots of veg.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -

Forgot to say the lump on my dog’s head has gone so must’ve been a bite. We have quite a few mosquitoes here because of the pond. Saw a couple in the house recently 😐I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

Morning, happy Saturday 🥂
What a horrible wet morning ☔️ Forecast to rain all day 🙁 I need to go out in it unfortunately to the big Mr T.Today’s exercise is a ClubFit session in an hour, walking to/from big Mr T and an abs session later. The dog will need a park run at some point.DS and the GKs are visiting this afternoon. Shame we’ll be stuck in the house.Pizza night tonight. I also have rose cava 🙂I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
I've bought Skechers at TK Maxx recently too, and I also have a pair I bought in Boyes. If you are within reach of a Boyes (I think they might be just in the North East), it's worth checking as the prices were good.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Hadn't thought about looking in TKM for trainers. I normally tend to buy from the Bay of E, but might be worth a trip to have a look. I normally avoid that place as find looking for clothes in there is a bit like a jumble sale these days....lol.Making the debt go down and savings go up
