Enjoy hooping 👍 I used to skip 100 skips a day but haven’t picked the rope up for a long, long time. Don’t think I could do it now although it supposed to be a good form of exercise. My hula hooping has been with Mr Wiifit but again I haven’t been able to manage that for a good while.
The red circle with the cross in is bugging me too. I’m not even sure what it’s for.
Hope having a rant at Mr SA sinks in with him, but I suspect it won’t.January spends - £587.582 -

That's Monday almost done. I've been in the office this morning and left just after lunchtime to finish up at home.
Walking to work this morning I passed an elderly bloke who really didn't look with it. He had on those socks they give you in hospital and what looked to be a hospital gown. A bloke pulled up in his car and asked me if I'd noticed him then said he would phone an ambulance. I carried on walking but started to feel really guilty for not stopping to help. I'm quite wary of this sort of thing at the moment after the incident with the ranting bloke the other week. Anyway I hope he was taken to safety.
Today is NSD 5, 2 in a row again 😁
Exercise is the walking to/from work and the live hooping class at 7, can't imagine I'll be doing much hooping though more likely to spend most of the time picking it up from the floor 🤣 There's a live Pilates class at 8 so might give that a go too. I don't usually do the Monday classes as they're a bit on the late side.
Tonight's dinner is enchiladas made with a portion of veg chilli from the freezer and a wrap also from the freezer.

Hope the elderly chap was taken to safety. Think you were right to be a bit wary. Makes you wonder how someone had managed to "escape" from hospital undetected though.Making the debt go down and savings go up

Sorry you had your mindfulness disrupted.

Morning all, happy Tuesday.
WFH today. The Mr M delivery has been and all packed away before 7am.
OMG the hooping class 🤣🤣🤣 I think I managed 3 before it fell down and that was after several attempts. The instructor had this huge hoop which just kept going round and round despite her barely moving. I've found loads of tutorials on YT so am determined to crack it - it will not defeat me 🤣
Today's exercise is taking the dog on the park later this morning, live bums & tums at lunchtime and live resistance bands tonight.
Tonight's dinner will involve veggie sausages out of the freezer - either Spanish butterbean stew or a traybake, not made my mind up yet.
Cleaning tasks are the bathroom and bedroom. I want to get it all done by Friday so I only have to vacuum/mop/dust at the weekend.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6
