I'm sorry to hear your mindfulness session got ruined this morning, @Sun_Addict. You need it, it's been a tough time recently (as well as long term). Any chance of finding one you could tune into elsewhere, or perhaps find something that might work similarly like a picture or some music? The gardening is a good idea. (I've pulled up some weeds but also tied in my mock orange which the wind had flattened).

I don't know if you've seen this poem by Elena Mikhalkova? I quoted it recenty and it may even have been here (in which case, apologies and I will scurry off to bake to take my mind off things that are not as nice as food).

Hey Dawnybabes - click on your avatar and then account & privacy settings - then Notification preferences - tap on that and it’s there.

Good news about the energy account credit.

Ours is building up nicely again as well. By the time this months bill has been taken I reckon we will have a 3 months buffer built up. I expect OTM will reduce our payment again at some point in the next month or so.
