I’ve heard that’s a good way to remove wax from carpets. Sadly this is a wooden floor. I’m hoping over time it will eventually go if I keep cleaning it.

I get fed up of constantly cleaning up after him. He’s really hard work and so clumsy. The worst thing is he won’t accept anything is his fault even if it’s obvious it is.

Long term lurker.   The best I have done with candle wax is to melt it with a hairdryer and then immediately absorb melted wax with absorbent kitchen towel.  Worked for me on several different types of surfaces.  Poor you, how frustrating.
