I didn’t bother with the car boot in the end. I had a quick glance as I was passing but decided against it. I did pick up a few storage baskets from Mr T in the absence of being unable to find the ones I originally wanted.

I only had half an inch chopped off the length plus my fringe sorted. My fringe grows at an alarming rate. Next two appointments also booked in so sorted until we go to Greece now.

I didn’t do anything really this afternoon just chilled in the garden reading. I’m still exhausted from Thursday and Mr SA’s escapades to be honest. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll be more productive. I never get much done when it’s hot, I just like to sit out in it and read.

In gardening news I have my first green bean just appeared so that’s mangetout and green beans I have now, plus salad leaves 🙂

    No wonder you are exhausted.
Glad that you were able to relax & read in the sun.

Can hear Download festival from my back garden. Just went outside to round  the cats up and get them in for the night.

Vim: Possibly from Latin singular of vīs (“force, power, strength).
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

I think of the term vim and vigour rather than the scratchy powder stuff 🙂
