I used to think the (Quodroohenia inspired) Quod mod boys were very cool when i was a teenager in the 80's. I expect that a few of them have swopped their lambrettas for a mobility scooter now.

Cupboard looks great. I'm just about to tidy out our understairs cupboard after an argument with DH, about him not helping after he said he would! Unfortunately I won't be turning it into a pantry, the ceiling is too low.

I remember walking past a group of lads on their scooters back in circa 1980 and they were cat calling my friend and I. I told them it was past their bedtime - I believe Mr SA was one of that group before I met him 🤣

Morning all 🙂
Another productive day planned. I really must do some gardening, clean the inside of the windows and mop the floors today. I’ve got a few things planned to make use of the 2 hours free electricity.
I’ll be so glad to drop two days and go part time in January. Two extra days to get jobs done so they don’t take up the entire weekend.
Today’s exercise plan is dog walking, gardening and yoga.
Tonight’s dinner is harissa prawn orzo.
Plenty of Prosecco left for the Strictly results tonight 🥂I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪8 -
Hopefully you get a rest in there as well.

Just a quickie as I’m off to bed in a minute. I managed to get everything on my list done bar the windows, the excuse being it was too sunny and you’re not supposed to clean windows when it’s sunny 😆 Did a fair bit with the 2 hours free electricity including making banana bread, split pea soup and doing 2 loads of laundry. Spent an hour in the garden tidying up, weeding and trimming bushes.
Mr SA’s parcel of red Harrington jacket, target stickers and skeleton gloves arrived so he’s happy. He looks like a bovver boy in the jacket but I didn’t say anything 🤐🤣
