Progress not Perfection

Afternoon all.

Day off today and so nice not to have to traipse to the office. At least it’s only a short working week then I break up for holiday on Friday.

Went to Lidl! this morning to spend the £5 off £40 voucher plus free brownie for Mr SA then a free cookie for him too courtesy of my birthday freebie. It’s fair to say I spent over £40, it came to just over £60 and that’s with the £5 off! However I had a good stock up so will take half the money out of the stock up pot.

Got home to discover we were out of bread. Mr SA is the only one who eats it so why on earth didn’t he mention it had run out knowing we were going to Lid! 😖

I had to nip back out to the little Mr T.

After lunch I weeded the drive while Mr SA made a start on brushing sand into the pavers. It took him ages and he’s nowhere near finished. He had to sit on his walker to do it but at least he was trying.

I ended up ordering some expanding trellis from £bay this morning which has been dispatched already.

I didn’t do my usual Monday finance check so will do that tomorrow when I’m in work mode.

Had an hour in my hanging chair reading.

Today’s exercise has been walking to/from Lid! then back out to the little Mr T. I have a live strength training session at 7.15 followed by yoga at 8pm.

Tonight’s dinner is tofu stir fry with noodles.
