Thank you all. I definitely think he's made the right decision about sedation.
WFH today and finishing at 1, taxi should arrive at 1.30, we need to be there for 2 as his procedure is at 2.30 if all running on time. He's moaning about being nil by mouth since 8am but reminded him he's only going to miss lunch he'll still get his dinner.
Mid-week finance check done, couldn't pay the cc balance off as the app was down for maintenance.
Mr M delivery arrived earlier, nothing missing or subbed. I took advantage of a flash sale of a huge box of heritage tomatoes for £2.25 as my home grown tomatoes have only just started producing. They weren't doing very well at all in the greenhouse so I moved them outside where they're doing much better and have started to show signs of life. I've only picked a couple so far. Watch me suddenly get loads now.
Picked a courgette from the garden. They are doing really well and producing enough for me not to have to buy any. Garden produce should do better next year when I have more time on my hands to look after them properly.
Moved what's left of home improvements savings into the current account as we still need gravel for the bottom on the garden. I'm hoping the painting won't get done until the next regular saver has matured but if he can do it earlier I can borrow the money from another pot temporarily.
The garden needs a really good tidy up after all the disturbance but that will have to wait until the weekend. Still need to test the shredder.
Today's exercise is yoga (done), taking the dog on the park and Zumba tonight.
Tonight's dinner is another new recipe from the G00d F00d app Gochujang Veggie Sausage Orzo.

We are finally back home. They were running late and when they started shouting people in that had arrived an hour after us I queried it with reception. Anyway they’d somehow skipped Mr SA 😞 He was seen shortly afterwards thankfully and what a good job I asked!
While he was having the procedure I had a walk in the local area. What a dire place! No proper shops just vape shops, takeaways and a dodgy looking hairdressers. I’m really glad I don’t live this side of the county as it’s dire to be honest. I found a Gr£ggs and sat outside with a coffee which was very nice incidentally (the coffee definitely not the location). I picked up the 🐙 free sausage roll for Mr SA while I was there. Had a wander in a different direction but there was nothing but houses and boarded up premises. I can’t believe there wasn’t even a Mr T Express! The road the clinic was on was so busy and noisy I had to put my headphones on. So thankful to live our side of the city. We have two decent high streets 15 minutes walk away each and we are surrounded by parks and views over the countryside.
Anyway picked Mr SA up and they can’t find anything sinister but have taken a biopsy of his bowel to test for coeliac.
He’s still groggy after the sedation but enjoyed his dinner immensely. I have to keep an eye on him for 24 hours.
