You did very nicely with the freebies!
How soon does Mr SA get his results?

He'll get the results of the 4 hour appointment for the lactose malabsorption straightaway. I think the consultant is waiting for the outcome of that and the scans before ordering further tests. We were told the tests themselves would take about 2 months then he'll have to see the consultant face to face for the results and treatment plan.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪5 -
Afternoon all.
Worked in the office this morning, WFH this afternoon. Several calls from Mr SA asking what time I was coming home 😐
Returned a sweatshirt I ordered online from Tu as it was way too big despite being size small. So the refund will wing it's way back to my personal spends pot when it's cleared.
Stopped off at Lid! on the way home and picked up a free seeded sourdough (not had one of those for ages) and used the £5 off coupon.
Cashed out £20.50 from PA surveys. Have done quite a few Op and YG ones but they take a while to build up. Received £1.40 in the Am@zon account for the shopper panel surveys, not much but the surveys take seconds and there are usually 2 questions at the most.
Today's exercise has been walking to/from work 17,570 steps so far plus resistance bands at 6.15.
Tonight's dinner is roast veg, veggie sausage and chickpea bake from the Tinned Tomatoes blog.

Mr SA has just had a message from the hospital moving his 4 hour appointment forward by a day but to later in the day. This means his very limited diet day will be a Sunday and it will be later the following afternoon when he finally gets something decent to eat. I really hope I don't have to sit with him for those 4 hours I'll be tearing my hair out with boredom.

Forgot to say the freezer drawer repair is holding up well. The tape I used is called Strong As An Ox. You don’t get much on the roll but it’s good 👍

That seems a long time over which to spread the tests, but it will be good to have the facts at last. I hope you don't have to wait the four hours.

I think they’re having to go all around the houses to avoid a colonoscopy which is the last resort due to his mobility issues. Had he been mobile that would’ve been the first port of call.

It could be that the 'all around the houses' is an advantage in a way, as there's the possibility of uncovering something that may not be clear otherwise. DH has had a number of cameras in him, but they always say they can't get a 100% clear reading in his case. I think food tolerance tests would have been useful for him, but they've never been offered.

Morning all, halfway through the week already!
WFH today so had a relaxing start to the day although I had a Mr M delivery at 6am.
Just got back in time from taking the dog on the park as it's started raining. Quickly got the step ladders and jumped on the garden waste bin contents to squash them down a bit. A worthwhile exercise as I managed to squeeze in the clippings in the wheelbarrow and the garden trug. It will be emptied tomorrow so I can make a start on filling it with the rest of the clippings currently in a pile on the ground.
Mid-week finance check done and cc balance cleared.
Today's exercise plan is a live yoga session (done) dog walking (done), a lunchtime strength training session from FitOn and Zumba tonight.
Tonight's dinner is a portion of 3 bean chilli from freezer stocks with baked potato and salad.
Housework tasks are cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming everywhere and ironing.
I've been thinking about booking another short break to Ibiza at the beginning of September like we did last year. Of course if I'd booked it yesterday I would've got an extra £100 off but I need to run it past DD first. I'm sure other offers will come up though. It would be something nice to look forward to.
