What a nuisance Mr SA coming after you. What does he think he is missing? On the other hand, like everyone else I am super-impressed by how much you got done on your treat-day off. When you retire, you could set yourself up as some sort of house-makeover consultant and pick and choose your hours: go out and get someone's house spick and span, Mr SA probably won't want to be involved and you get lots of physical activity, probably make lots of friends and have some income to boot. Just a thought… or you could sit in your garden chair with a pile of books and relax. 😊

I knew I had limited time and wanted to make the most of my day off. Once I retire tasks will be split up and there'll certainly be plenty of sitting relaxing with a pile of books ☺️

Have a fabulous lunch tomorrow SA - really pleased you're making sure to take these little chunks of time for yourself!

You mentioned the robot hoover - would it be a risk that MrSA might fall over it do you think? If not then it definitely sounds like it would save you time!

Pleased you found some bargains in F@rmf00ds - I rarely think to look at the frozen veg but it sounds like I should. I get my dishwasher tablets there though as they are usually £10 for a massive bag.

Couldn't agree more - overspend was definitely the hairdressers fault.

Definitely the hairdressers fault, that's 100 pence that is and a hundred is loads 😂

Enjoy your lunch. Glad you found a nice jumper as well. I do like to find small independent boutiques to shop in. We just don't have many here.

I must say I also wondered about Mr SA tripping over a robot vacuum, although they may have lights on them, I've never examined one.

Yes thinking about it, although a robot hoover sounds great in theory, in practice it probably wouldn’t work out well. Mr SA would fall over it, the dog would growl at it and the cats would be scared of it at first then chase it. I have visions of the young cat sat on top of it going all over 🤣
