It must have been a bit disconcerting getting an out of the blue phone call offering a vaccination. I'm glad you are taking them up on the offer. I hope MrSA's siesta perks him up and that you can enjoy a relaxing evening.

I am so glad you are taking up the pneumonia vaccine SA, I had it about 15 years ago completely out of the blue and was so seriously ill they thought I would not pull through. 16 weeks off work in the end and it left me long term with rheumatoid arthritis. Take care of yourself.7

Afternoon all.Back on the decluttering trail today and my wardrobe shelves are finally done 🥳 Oh my days how many make up/toiletry bags 😱 A load have gone in the charity bag but have kept some back. Why was I holding onto a broken umbrella 😖 It looks so much better now and I keep sliding open the door to admire the tidiness. A bag of Christmas wrapping paper and Christmas duvet covers have gone in the loft to free up space.Unfortunately last night wasn’t a good one and Mr SA had a bad upset tummy accident. Oh what an awful mess! Had to shoo both cats and the dog away from the 💩 So my Saturday night was spent cleaning up, washing clothes/shoes and then clear up the mess he’d left in the bathroom. He’s spent a good part of today asleep. After the decluttering went to Lid! as Mr SA was worried about the head shaver he wanted selling out. I made a list of all the things I would’ve picked up in the week so I don’t need to go in there again until at least Friday. Picked up a free pack of Jaffa Cakes before the coupon ran out.
Sat and made a meal plan for next week. Have made a batch of spicy lentil soup for work lunches using a recipe from the Bosh Healthy Vegan cookbook.Tonight’s dinner is a portion of vegan roast from freezer stocks with roast swede and sweet potato with creamed cabbage and leek (PON recipe).Today’s exercise has been walking to/from Lid! (12,000 steps) and day 25 of the yoga challenge.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
Forgot to add, Mr SA has now been waiting for an appointment to see the IBD team since last July. He keeps getting text messages to ask if he still needs to see them but as yet not a whiff of an appointment date 😡I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

Don't forget to include the arm workout from your enforced cleaning session!Sun_Addict said:Today’s exercise has been walking to/from Lid! (12,000 steps) and day 25 of the yoga challenge. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?2 -
