I ordered the trainers I had before last night. I thought at least I know they fit, and they were cushioned, and they lasted several months. The ones I currently have will be fine for when it is wet or periodically, but maybe not for every day.
I've woken up with a splitting headache this morning, hopefully it's just dehydration and it will clear with a lot of water and some painkillers. It's been a long time since I had a migraine so hopefully it won't turn into one.
I've sold a book, so will post that later. I've also had to buy little jwil a sleeping bag for a sleepover at the weekend and top up his mobile phone (he doesn't use it as standard, it's a basic phone for when he's away). I'm still forever grateful that I can do these things now, and it doesn't cause a massive panic like it would have just a couple of years ago.
Have a good day everyone"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee4 -

Fingers crossed that the headache has settled a bit now. (And thank you for mentioning dehydration - I've just had another couple of swigs from my water bottle!)
I can really sympathise with hills making knee issues worse - I had to acknowledge some time ago that I can't do hill repeats for running fitness as I just end up in agony for days after. It's annoying.
That's a pain about the dentist - and especially that it now means you will have to pay for the children's visits to, as others have said, that really doesn't sound right, does it!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
