Enjoy your quiet day, is it possible you have been subconsciously favouring your 'good' knee over the other one when moving about? Hope you can be pain free x2

That had occurred to me. I've also been out of the habit of walking to school the last few weeks, so that probably hasn't helped either. I need to get my knee strengthening exercises out again I think. I've just been chilling with a book this afternoon
and the hot water bottle! It was nice this morning, but cooled down and clouded over this afternoon.
I read something the other day which said these temps are actually long term average for this time of year, but we've been accustomed to warmer temps through climate change so they feel colder than they actually are
However, my computer says it's 15 degrees which I don't think is normal for July! "Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee4 -
