Well done on the leg strengthening progress.

I've been trying to do that. I'm also guilty of bending from the hips doing things, so am trying to make a conscious effort to bend my knees and squat down instead.

Dentist today, so the last of my 'health MOTs'. Hopefully it will just be the price of a checkup for me and the kids.
Little jwil will be seeing his cousins, little miss will be seeing a friend, and I shall be flitting between the two!
I was hoping to finish my book this weekend, but won't have managed it unless I find some time this afternoon. We'll be watching the last two episodes of Bones tonight so I won't get it done then. Is it just me or does it always feel a bit weird when you get to the end of a really long programme that you've been watching for months (this is 12 seasons). I'll be lost
Back to work tomorrow, but at least I will be able to do a (relatively) shorter day as I don't have to do the school runs and it's only two days."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Yes, we do it often, rewatching old series. At the moment we are nearing the end of Grimm 😁

The dentist went well, 'only' £103 for the three of us. Although I hate the fact that we've been forced to go private, this dentist is absolutely lovely and by far the best I've ever had. I think I've never been less nervous about going.
The visits went well and the kids are both happy. Little miss in particular as she managed to see her cousins as well as her friend.
I did a few listings for DH this morning, I have more to do but am very tired tonight so they can wait for another day."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee3 -
