Survey cashout means a nice PAD today.  I've hit over £400 in my PAD account now.  I'm debating whether to move it over to PBs or keep it where it is.  If I move it to PBs, it will get me over £5k so I might have a better chance of winning, but if I keep it where it is, I'll get monthly interest which is appealing.  I suppose I could do a combination of both once I get my poll clerk payment, use that and half of the PAD account to get me over £5k, and then leave the rest where it is.

I finally changed my current account so I could open little jwil one.  I get a reward each year so chose a 12 month Disney plus subscription.  It means I will be able to cancel my current subscription and save £4.99 a month, and no cost to me as long as I pay in £2k a month.  I also get to keep my current account details which is a bonus as I know them off by heart!

I'm feeling tentatively more confident about continuing to have a job in the future, but there are still no guarantees.  However, it sounds like there's an awful lot of change going to happen in our area (not good change) and they will need staff to manage it.   They are losing 25% of our team through VR and general leaving, so I guess that ups the likelihood of the rest of us remaining.

The pads are lovely. Could you choose a ceiling, like £500 for instance and when you hit it you could split half out to pb’s, half to general savings and then start again?

I was thinking of doing something similar - it's a current account, but it pays over 4% interest, so I'm happy to leave it where it is, but maybe getting it to a certain amount and then anything above going to PBs as and when I get another £25.

I'm definitely pleased about that.  I had someone asking me to do an event on a Thursday and I could see all the rumours floating around.  I waited until the announcement had been made before confirming so I wouldn't miss out :D
