Hope the work Saturday was ok and you are now able to have some downtime. My friend is a chairman of school governors, he is also glad SATS week is over. Am sure little Jwil will have done great. Enjoy the sunshine if it's with you.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.2

I'm feeling very 'meh' at the moment, I think I'm just tired from last week, hormonal, and I haven't been sleeping (or eating) well either.
Yesterday was good, I saw some people I hadn't seen for 20+ years so had a nice natter with them. I also (I hope) managed to have a constructive discussion with a challenging regular correspondent who does not like the answers we regularly give them. After the event I went for a coffee with a colleague who I haven't seen for a while as well.
I had a flurry of activity this morning and have chilled for the rest of the day. Next weekend I'll have a very long weekend as I'm off until Wednesday so I just need to get through this week which will be busy but hopefully not as pressured as last week. I am contemplating going into the office tomorrow but am battling a strong feeling of 'I can't be bothered to lug everything there' so I'll see how I feel tomorrow.
Friday I've got a blood test and health check type thing for a health study, and then I've got the optician as well. Both at the same place, so that saves me hassle of making two trips. I'm going to ask the optician to double check my prescription. Sometimes my glasses feel very strong, particularly in one eye, but it might just be the contrast between wearing them and not wearing them plus a bit of eye strain from screen use. I might take advantage of being in town to have a look for a couple of summer tops, but I tend to lose enthusiasm for shopping very quickly so I'll likely give up if I don't find anything in the first shop"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
