"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2 -
I had a fairly busy morning yesterday tidying around and cleaning, and then yesterday afternoon DH and I watched the second series of Reacher. We enjoyed it.
Today I plan on mostly chilling."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2 -
Enjoy your chilling, I am doing the same

I've had a fairly chilled day today, it's been nice. I've mostly been reading. I did sort through and prep the last of the Christmas veg.
DH has been a busy bee sorting through his ebay listings and adjusting prices and pulling some stuff off to car boot or send to charity. He's also been sorting some other stuff and has emptied three boxes, so that's all good!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Well done on the ongoing decluttering.
Annoying about the pension age changing. Hate to break it to you - but they are considering another - which if they follow the 10 year rule could negatively affect you.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

What change is that? I know I can't get my pension to at least age 57.savingholmes said:Well done on the ongoing decluttering.

Another Monday done. Both kids were in afterschool clubs today, so that gave me a good excuse to make sure I'd finished by 4 to pick them up. It's surprising how much difference it makes having that hour and not having to do the school run at 3.
Very cold here today, so I did stick the heating on a couple of times to take the edge off.
Walked again this morning and am still sticking to my eating windows. It's actually working well for me at the moment, and seems to be something I can build on in the future."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Hi @jwil.Great the eating windows are working. Always great when some something you try works out or shows promise. It’s a good starting point for sure.L x2
