DH has carried on sorting the toys and prepped some listings, so I'll get those on later.  I gave him a pile of books to add to the charity bag as well.  It's nice to see stuff going! One item sold, that's packed and postage printed.

I've booked us a weekend away in Cornwall, so that's something to look forward to.

I've updated the financial spreadsheets and opened a new regular saver for DH.

I've got some leave to use up by the end of the month so have booked 2 days next week and a day the following week.  I'm looking forward to that!

I've also booked a couple of days in half term, though DH is off for the full week so we can do a couple of family days.

A pleasant start to a busy week :D

Thank you :)  That was a small ebay sale.

Thank you :)  There was a little confusion about how much leave I had left, so I'd saved some hours.  Turns out I didn't need to save them so I had an extra day to take, always a nice bonus!

I'm feeling a bit grotty today.  The problem is that I'm struggling with my health anxiety at the moment, so I've lost the ability to tell whether I'm actually ill (I'm not, I'm probably coming down with a cold), or just fixating on things that wouldn't bother me if my anxiety wasn't there (which is most likely the case!)  I started reading through my CBT book again a while ago, but didn't keep up with it, so I must take the time to do it as it has helped me before.  I don't want to go on meds again, so I need to work on it myself.  I'm not constantly thinking I'm seriously ill, but more like I am hyper aware of every twinge and symptom, and overthinking them and focussing on them when I should be ignoring them.

Anyway, I did take my blood pressure today (which I probably shouldn't be doing while I'm struggling), and since I started monitoring it last summer, it has been on a downward trend.  So that's good news!  It was slightly high before, and is now very close to the recommended.  Hopefully I'll see a similar result when I have my bloods done.  If they haven't gone up, I'll be happy.

I cashed out on PA today so another PAD tomorrow.  I haven't been keeping up with surveys so I must try and get back into them.
