Hopefully as it lightens up outside you will start to feel better. I can relate to agonising over symptoms.

  • Hi @jwil. Sorry to hear you have anxiety about your health.  Your blood pressure trend is great and generally I think there are loads of bugs around at the moment so it’s quite easy to feel a bit rubbish as your body is probably working properly and fighting stuff off.  The cold and dark doesn’t help.  You are great at taking one thing at a time so just take it step by step and see how you feel - be kind to yourself. You also run a home, work and have young children.  All those things have an impact as well.

Thank you, I hope so!  It's quite intrusive isn't it.

Thank you, yes there's a lot going round at the moment, and the cold is not helping.  I've made sure I've put the heating on in the day (I don't normally) the last couple of days and it has made a difference.

Great work on the added F&V - adding good stuff into your diet is a great way of improving health I think. Also there are lots of reasons why your weight might not change and it definitely doesn't indicate that your general health isn't getting better - the blood pressure is a far better indicator, for a start! Well done!

I feel you on the health anxiety - it's a devil of a thing isn't it.

Thank you :)  I'm happy to be fat and fit, but I wouldn't complain if I was a little less fat :D:smile:

Health anxiety is a pain in the rear.

Well done on the PADs. Nearly at your early weekend
Thank you :)  Nearly my weekend, and I'm not back until Wednesday so even better!

Last day today for a few days and I have a huge to do list, so I should be getting on with it!  I'm looking forward to a few days just pottering around.
