A whole day wasted sitting around waiting for a letter that hasn't arrived. Tracking says it was meant to be redelivered today. So frustrating! We haven't been out at all and it's been a lovely day so it's a shame.
In better news, little miss's tablet seems to have dried out ok and is working again thankfully.
I labelled all the new uniform and got that put away, but other than that and washing the towels and bedding, I haven't done a lot today!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee1 -
That's still a lot!

It's so annoying. DH went to try and collect it last night, and the sorting office was shut despite the opening hours on the website!beanielou said:That's still a lot!

I'm not sitting around for the letter for another day so DH will try and collect it later (it's his).
The kids have decided they want to go bowling, so I've booked that using a 25% off code if we go before 11am so that's good.
I've emailed the NHS regarding the silly deadline on their letter, and also emailed the school asking for an appointment with the Senco. Hopefully it will be picked up asap after the holidays."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Glad to hear about the tablet!
Your local postal service sounds about as efficient as ours - and they wonder why people try not to use the post any more?! Me too. I always used to use RM before anything else, but they've got so bad here I hardly use them at all now. We're lucky if we get post once a week and the delivery office for collecting stuff is barely open any more.EssexHebridean said:Glad to hear about the tablet!
