The kids wanted to go to a trampoline park today, so we went there this morning. They had fun.
Today, something little miss said as an off hand comment in a chat with little jwil, combined with a book I borrowed from the library on ASD means I finally 'get it'. It feels like such a relief, and I felt a bit emotional. This book had a decent chapter on the social side of things, and explains it really well with examples. It was a real LBM for me. It's a really interesting read anyway, but I was still thinking I didn't recognise anything until I got to that chapter. I'm going to buy a copy I think. I feel like I've got more of the full picture now.
I had a text from my GP asking me to book a flu jab so I've done that. I'm going to go and do another blood pressure test at the library, and I must book my blood test as well, and then if need be I can get an appointment to discuss them all if my blood pressure is still high.
Not much planned for the weekend at the moment. Little miss found a flea today 😱, so probably an awful lot of cleaning. I haven't stopped itching since she found it
The cat and dog are both treated regularly, so hopefully we can get on top of it quickly. I've already sprayed the house and will be hoovering daily. It's a good excuse to yell at everyone (including DH) about the stuff stacked on the floor
