Don't be discouraged. Before you began addressing your health concerns both your weight and BS/health numbers were on the way up and presumably would have continued to do so had you not taken action. So, you are still doing well

Thank youNeverendingDMP said:I hope you hear what's happening soon. And you've done lots of admin to keep busy. Very productive and lots of pad this month too. Hasn't taken me a few days to find you on the new format. You've been busy busy busy. And so organised with the school dinners!
I was surprised to hear my relative did have the op yesterday evening, I assumed it would be put off as it was a 3hr thing. All done and they are up and about this morning itching to go home, so that's good news.
I'm getting used to the new format, and glad they tweaked it slightly as looking at the bookmarked threads was quite hard at first.
We had to book school dinners for the first week back by this week, so I figured I'd do the lot and not worry about it. I tend to book the whole half term in one go, otherwise I'd be more likely to forget. I can still go in and tweak if they change their mind about something. I also know it's all paid for now as well."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Thank you. You are right, I have made positive changes, and managed to stick to them so they are habitual now. That's progress even if it hasn't shifted the scales a lot. I'm going to take a break from trying to lose weight, and just focus on how I feel and my fitness for a while. Back to 'health at every size'.doingitanyway said:Don't be discouraged. There's still a reasonable amount of time left in the month, I might get close to last month's total. It would be nice to continue with the £100+ PB wins

Yes, just waiting for results now, hoping it was early and they got it all. "Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee1
