I looked into that but couldn't find any companies doing that locally. However, I was looking at plumbers yesterday and saw one mention that they could arrange it on their FB page so I might get in touch with them and see what they say.beanielou said:I was going to suggest just doing something cosmetic to the bath."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". My foot is painful again today, but I can finally see what looks like a small cut there. Hopefully it won't take long to heal up.
I have a few eBay parcels to pack for DH then a nice little break from that for a while. I'll need to remember to end the buy it nows as well.
Just going to have a nice quiet day today, continuing the pottering around. The house is gradually starting to look better again."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee3 -
Parcels packed, that includes the ones selling today as well, so that will save me some time tomorrow.
I've also booked us a weekend in Cornwall in October, so that's something to look forward to
Roast in the oven for later. DH has done a bit of tidying in the garden so that helps as well."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2 -
Cornwall is one of my bucket list destinations. However, I don’t like to drive on holiday and dh just doesn’t like to drive at all, so it’s not an option for someone who’d have to fly to somewhere close. That's a shame, we do like Cornwall. I think it's doable without a car. As a basic you could fly to Bristol/Exeter and then get the train down. The train goes down the south Devon coast right along the seafront in places and is a lovely trip itself. From memory, the stations at Looe, Newquay and Penzance are within walking distance of the towns/seafront and there are buses that could take you exploring.in_need_of_direction said:Cornwall is one of my bucket list destinations. I'd love to head your way sometime. Plenty of places I'd like to see there as well

Definitely worth following the sitting rule. My BP jumps in a doctor's office too. You can get home machines quite cheaply - just make sure you get an arm cuff that's big enough for you.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
