I did an online top up this morning for £10 - previously i had no balance on my sim as I had ordered a free sim just to check the reception in my area. How long does it take for the top up to be applied as i've dialled *669# but it still says the balance is 0?0

I'd give it 24 hours then email them if no joy

Yesterday I topped up £10 expecting a balance of £20 under the January offer but my balance was not updating at all several hours later. So I sent an email to support asking why the £20 had not been applied yet and on that e-mail I clearly stated that once the balance is £20 I would like to apply the FREE £15 bundle which rolls every month without deducting any credit. I made it clear this was the one I wanted and even specified the code UKRWG1 in my message. Next thing I get an email saying they have applied the £20 credit and now they have applied the FREE£15 bundle and deducted £15 from my credit to do so - and now my credit is just showing as £5. So I wrote back and told them I think they have made a mistake as the £15 credit is supposed to just remain on the account? And they are now saying that if I wanted that £15 bundle I should just have bought that directly from the website - however I don't understand what difference it makes if I bought from the website vs if I ask them to apply it? The messages they are sending back are very confusing and contradicting.0

Does the cheap / free taster sim that gives you a small data alowance, roll over the data to next month? I have a need for occasional data but I don't know how much, what would happen if I say used 1GB on one go?0

As a new customer I ordered the £15 SIM for the £0.00/month 100/100/750 deal, which I received in a couple of days.
I added a £20 top up and now have a balance of £55 - so a doubled £20 top up and £15 from buying the SIM.
Is this right? I hadn't realised the initial £15 top up with the SIM would also be doubled as I presumed these were 2 separate offers. I do definitely have a £55 credit balance and am on the "Teaser" bundle according to the 669 text reply so won't complain.

Your initial £15 has not been doubled. When you buy the £15 sim the £15 remains as credit on your account - at least it is supposed to - except when they do it manually - they seem to want to deduct it which doesn't make sense. Computer knows best I guess...lol1
