@Suffolk_lass yes that must be me, how do I update the Google document. Sorry I feel so stupid.
@Pinkdaisy88 you will need to do the easy update form that was not there yet yesterday, I haven't looked this morning - it appears on page 1 above the totals so far (with all our numbers in). It's straightforward - you click, it opens a google form that you complete and submit, then when she has time, slowlyfading will update the totals so far spreadsheet. She is a bit behind as she has had a fairly major life upheaval but she always catches up. I suggest you (and others) could put your challenge number and your total in your signature (I know mine is out of date as the figures for 2022 need finalising) - you update signature by profile (top right) edit profile then signature settings (left of screen), edit signature.

@Princessrosie1 posting your annual target here is fine. Welcome! Once you are added to the "totals so far" sheet on page 1, make a note of your number in your signature and then many of us update our totals there as well as by submitting the update form that will appear on Page 1 in due course.

    Good morning savers.

Today is pension day so I have done the money shuffle and done my transfers for the savings challenges I am doing.. I am not reporting for February in full yet though as I may add to it later in the month but for now I transferred £1100 over to our internet saver and £300 to the regular saver.

No sign of the update form yet so I will keep checking.  Hope you are ok @slowlyfading. Let me know if I can do anything to help.

@MrFrugalFever it is because @simplyfading has still to update it and put this year's easy update form link in place. I'm sure she will do it at the weekend, or shortly after

#47 just the £250 this month for me. Hoping for some big ones over the next few months.
    Mortgage Start - £188,714 | Overpayments Made - £0
  • #51 checking in with £2,000 for January. I'm doing things a bit different this year, reporting at the end of the month rather than the start, to see whether it changes my approach. My thinking is I'll still pay myself on payday, but reporting at the end of the month might motivate me to put more away during the month if that makes sense!

    Breakdown is as follows:
    DD JISA - £50
    DS JISA - £50
    Sharesave Scheme - £156
    Sharematch Scheme - £30
    S&S ISA - £1,214
    SIPP - £500

My SIPP is new for this month/year, and is in readiness for moving a chunk of savings from my S&S ISA into my SIPP, to take advantage of the tax benefits this brings :) I'm not sure whether I should count the immediate tax refund that gets credited to the account + any refund from HMRC towards my savings total here?!

    January total - £2,000
    2023 total - £2,000/£15k (13.33%)
    Save £12k in 2023 #51 - £20,411.96/£15k (136.08%)
    Save £12k in 2024 #24 -
    £19,331.23/£20k (96.66%)
    Save £12k in 2025 #53 - £12,395/£20k (39%)
