    Two things I found the most helpful after my op.  A pillow to put between me and the seatbelt for the drive home and Rennie deflatine for the build up of gas that follows an op like this.

    I went in yesterday morning, was first on the list and all went smoothly. Home by tea-time and haven't needed any painkillers at all which has been a nice surprise! So, a week or two off work now to rest and recover, bring it on!
