Went and stayed with a friend last night, had a lovely evening, watched A Star Is Born and got home about an hour ago. Just made some pate on toast for lunch and a Magnum after. This afternoon will be spent pottering about, hoovering, doing some housework bits and pieces. Prolific is quiet today but that is usual at weekends.
Can't remember if I mentioned but last Sunday I did one of those Footners things - I wanted to go for a pedicure but my feet are such a mess from walking that I'd be too embarrassed to do so, this seems like the next best option. Anyway, for anyone who isn't familiar with them, basically you put your feet in a plastic bag with some liquid in, leave them for an hour and rinse. Up to a week later your feet begin to peel and you are left with baby soft skin. Oh my days, the peeling!! It's well and truly happening! Once it's done I'm sure my feet will be lovely but right now they look horrific!Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

My oh my - that's a good, long list for the summer!I'm inspired by your money making targets - I might devise a challenge for myself for August.1

Thanks Blackcats, the moneymaking one is an aim rather than a realistic target, but who knows, it may be possible!
Today I am going to a bbq at my cousins, so 1.5 hour drive each way with my Mum in the car ... and breathe! I'm hoping the weather will hold up but it's looking unlikely. Never mind, haven't seen them all for years so am looking forward to it. Hopefully a low spend day ahead. I want to get one or two things crossed off my list this morning before I go, I also need to walk the dog this morning too. Right now it's coffee time though.

BBQ was lovely yesterday, we were very lucky with the weather, in fact I got a bit sunburnt. When I got home I went over to see friend again and we watched Law Abiding Citizen - I'm not very good at following films normally but I did well with this one and loved it. Home this morning and todays plans include making a start on the front garden, weather permitting. If it is raining I will make a start on some of the indoor jobs from my list. I have got a thumping headache again, I need to get my eye test booked in. This morning I am hanging about waiting to try and bag a free National Trust pass as that will make a nice day out over the next few weeks. Other than that I'm hoping for some Prolific surveys to show up.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Went online and got a cancellation eye test, so nipped in the car and was there within 10 minutes. An hour or so later I have a new prescription, (very much needed new glasses), and £415 lighter
However we do have a family history of glaucoma so it is important I got them checked and new glasses. I pick them up in 2weeks time. I think I need to start a new Monzo pot for my glasses as that's a big chunk of money to find.
The rain is hammering down again now so looks like it will mainly be an indoor day for me, the front garden will need to wait.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

I have made the decision at cancel my birthday plans - i had booked a beach hut for a couple of days, £100, and planned to chill down the beach with friends, have a bbq etc. However the weather is so pants at the moment and the forecast isn't looking any better for next week. If I cancelled today I would be charged £35 fee, if I do it tomorrow onwards it would be £60 fee. So that's £65 coming back to my account (I paid it in January), that can get chucked into the summer holiday pot. Now I need to come up with a new plan for my birthday too.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000
