Good morning, I’m now at 22 NSDs (#15) 
for January. I can do a couple more before Tuesday. 

For February, I’d like my target to be 22. I think I have it easier than a lot of people to be fair - grown up children living away, me working from home and a partner I share cost of shopping with but he goes and does it!

Crazy busy week in work but only managed another 3 NSDs

I won't reach my target but I'm proud so far. I have learnt that I've had to do small shops on a few days but should have thought more about planning the spends onto fewer days but I was too tired lol.

I'll aim for 18 for Feb please.
