Hello all, how are you doing?
I am okay - surviving the work woes and to add to worries DD is being made redundant from her part time job in the next few weeks. She fits this in around her uni studies so will need to get a retail/hospitality job I think. We are seeing her next weekend and will go through her finances as we are already giving her some money to top up her maintenance loan. Just need to see what else we can do to help.
In crafting news I have an update - will post photo from my phone after this. It's slow but I'm enjoying it. No side-hustle project yet, but may have a root through my stash this weekend.
M&S have today delivered the loveseat replacement for the armchair that didn't match the sofas - has only been on going since May! Lovely delivery guys took the other chair away too.
DH and I are off to the cinema tonight to see Cocaine Bear - should be good as based on true events?!
Love the cactus ta-dah @Charly27 - looks amazing x
Great seascape update @nmm x
Photo to follow.
Take care all of you.

Lovely creations Debrak. 4.5yrs though 😱
I have been productive with my savannah sunset, hoping to have a new update after this weekend.
Been youtubing for some tips with stitching, apparently I use the sewing method for cross stitching, didn't even realise other people didn't do this 😆 also been looking up the parking method and watching how some people mark out the aida for large projects, all very eye opening. I am definitely more of a open it up, find the middle and get stuck in kind of person!
Hope your dd can find a new job Coxy. My girl has a part time job at home, but didn't want to transfer to a store near uni, so has started looking for a job there. Has an interview to work in Madam tussards next week. Tbh I don't think she will like it any more than her home job, but whst do I know 🤷 although a job has just appeared working in the Tate which she would absolutely adore (and fit in with her degree) only for the gift shop, but would suit her. She will apply, but I imagine it will be very popular.
She needs one at uni by September, so I have said, if she doesn't find one she will have no choice but to attempt a transfer with her home job. Luckily it is a nationwide company with many many stores all over London so it would not be an issue. She would just hate it. Tough, with a possible £400 a month deficit between her loan and her (possible) 2nd Yr rent she will have to work.Debt free Feb 2021 🎉2 -

That's lovely.
I have bought from lovecrafts. The cactus one that charley has done is from
Historical sampler company. I have also bookmarked Hawthorn handmade as I like the tree ones on there. Willow fabrics has link up with one of the cross stitch magazines, and of course good old hobbycraft.Debt free Feb 2021 🎉1 -
Hello ladies you have all been very productive, i love it
Coxy, she is such an adorable character in your project, great progress so far.
Debrak, congrats on completing your 2 projects, Santa's Christmas supper is just incredible, my favourite chart took me a similar amount of time called Beautiful Dreamer.
Sammy_Kaye, the robins are framed perfectly, hope your MIL likes it.
