Xbox Live works on normal Xboxs as well as Xbox 360s, so this shouldn't be a problem. They just both need to be signed up to the service - check out Pricerunner for the cheapest subscription cards.

Just bought two for £19.98 each in Newbury. I called and they said they had 1 but they have some more. Scanned a bar code in a folder. One year warranty I was told.

I've just picked one up from my local branch in Lincoln. I don't know how many they have, I'm afraid. In common with a couple of other posters, it originally scanned at £29.99 but I mentioned that the display box had a 'sale: £19.98' sticker and his supervisor showed him where he had to scan to check it out at the sale price.

No you need an Xbox 360 to play 360 games

Xbox games work on an Xbox (and most work on an Xbox 360)
