Well after wasting an evening it seems that although my camera will work as subsitute Xbox memory card it will not initialise under windows with the edited Action Replay device driver. Xbox Linux or other FATX supporting Linux must be used to transfer the files
Have a read of following (if you have not already).

Any sources for a new big IDE HDD. 250GB or 320GB ? They are expensive on ebuyer compared to what I paid earlier this year for a couple of Seagate 250GB.0

What sort of prices did you pay before? I'm thinking of eventually fitting a 2.5" drive to keep the noise and power down.
Thanks for the link I have the device driver installed and recognising my camera as an Action Replay Box, but it seems clear it won't fully initialise under a USBIO driver I've tried all 3 of the recommended versions of AR an old PC with native USB 1.1 and the USBIO Dev kit loading on a clean default driver no matter which driver variables I tried it remained partially initialised.
EDIT: Hurrah for Xplorer360 and its Xbox 1 support :beer:0 -

Visited Leicester City Centre today and could not find any in GAME. Gamestation had them for £49.99 with four game. However don't really want it for the games as already have a Xbox 360.
If anyone has one in Leicester for similar price let me know?2012 Target...

for people who are upgrading the harddisk, be aware that you will lose your 12 month warranty as "Game" (store) has put a little sticker over a screw (which needs to be removed to access the hard disk).0

Use a hairdryer and a flat blade to remove most sticky labels intact and for re-use. Works a treat.0 -
Hi Guys

In terms of games for to do the exploit Gamestation are selling Splinter Cell for £1 / 0.99p which will do the job.
My local Gamestation only had about 10-15 different pre-owned Xbox games when I went in there today, no Splinter Cell or any Xbox accessories unfortunately..
You can get some excellent bargains though. Last year I got Far Cry for the PC for £1, when I took it to the till the guy said it was BOGOF so I got 2 games for a £1!0
