#33 over payment for May of 10681.25.
today I paid off a sub part of the mortgage that’s fixed rate was coming to an end. The interest was going from 2.25% to 7.75%. We have been saving for a few years now to be able to pay this off when it ended. We now just have one sub part left at under 10k I’m very excited about potentially being mortgage free by my 45th next year.
thanks for updating.7 -

#19 checking in with an overpayment of £19.09. This was mainly a test payment as I was trying out a new payment method. I was temporarily pausing overpaying while I saved for a car and a holiday but should resume regular overpayments from next month onward.
