Hi There

I would like to join this please.  recently paid off my debt and have been looking at savings.  Im going to set a cautious £1000 overpayment for the remainder of the year please.  My mortgage deal finishes in June and currently have around £84500 left to pay.  I already pay £100 over the normal payment per month, but coming out of my deal may see this difficult to continue?

I made my regular payment last month then checked the balance and it was < £500 so I confirmed the final figure with the BS and went onto my online bank and paid it off!! I've now had confirmation that the charge has been removed from the LR and my title number has arrived

It is a great feeling and I have now passed my usual monthly payment date without sending half my salary to the BS !
