baser999 said:baser999 said:As posted earlier, I’m doing it slightly unconventionally, day 1 plus day 365, then day 2 plus 364, day 3 plus 363 and so on. £3.66 a day, so have saved £54.90 so far and the task will be over in 183 days.

Thank you ES - #17 reporting in
I have decided will report monthly, but am keeping track daily - so far my PMA (Positive moneysaving attitude) has resulted in savings in excess of what is needed but that is mainly because my DS is on PIP and got the £150 government energy payment which we agreed at my PMA suggestion should go to the bill and not to him!!
I am working down my pre-picked list of random numbers and Jan's total is £54.39 to my Bonus saver (am already topping up reg savers so this will do). This is about half of the reverse countdown total so that feels about right.I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Hello everyone!
CazzieLT (#53) here to report £108.50 saved for January!
I've also set aside the £95.85 needed for February to drip feed in each day. So happy to be getting those big numbers in the pot already!
Hope everyone has had a great first month of saving! Now fingers crossed for the Premium Bond results tomorrow! xxxHouse Deposit Fund - £30,000 / Fees Fund - £5,000Furniture Fund - £2,500 / White Goods Fund - £2,500 / Flooring Fund - £2,500Emergency Fund - £7,500365 Day Penny Challenge for 2025 - £567.84/£667.95 (Holiday Fund)£2 Savers Club for 2025 - £24/£200 (Christmas Fund)52 Week Card Challenge for 2025 - £200/£400 (Fun Fund)1 -
