  • I transferred £2.22 to my Paypal this morning.
I hardly ever use Paypal, but I have started doing surveys again, and they pay into PP. I have been doing Curious Cat surveys, and have been transferring earnings to PP when they reach £5 (Martin advises not letting balances get to high before claiming.)
This morning I was being screened out of sooooooooooooo many surveys (I have "failed" or been screened out 23 times today!!!). I thought CC might think I was not taking surveys seriously, and give me the boot, so I took my money before it built up too much.
I signed up to CC yesterday but so far haven't been invited to do any surveys. I did the ones for 0 points that you get at the start, but nothing since. I logged in this morning and had nothing on my wall, and just logged in again now and it's asking me to sign up again with the entry survey about your age, sex, occupation etc...

Sounds like those of you doing surveys face some challenges.  Not tried any myself but they can be good money earners I think.

I have done a lovely 6 mile walk today in the winter sunshine with my walking group finishing off with tea and cake at a garden centre. Ready for January to be over though now. It is pretty chilly out there still especially by the coast.

Not added any more to my savings pots this week.  I have a hair appointment and a new railcard to purchase this week so money is tight.  Next month looks tricky too with car insurance and breakdown cover to pay for as well as a few days away for a theatre trip.

    Good evening enthusiasticsaver.

Just checked my account and I'm up to £312.28, as I've mentioned I'm doing both the 1p and the reverse 1p challenge X2, and also adding spare change as and when.

Ooooohhh,  that sounds unusual thegreenhouse. You dont really get invited to do surveys on CC (I know you do on other sites.) When you go to the CC app, there is a page listing surveys of varying amounts/points. Sometimes it is empty, if there are no surveys but it shows you different length survrys, and how many points you will earn if successful . You can decide whether you want to do a 5 min survey for.a few points, or 20 min survey for more points.  Will see if i can get a screenshot. I've been with them for nearly 2 weeks, and already earned about £17.

I would adjust your notification preferences as you are probably being notified anytime anyone posts on this thread or others you are subscribed to. Untick the notification box saying you want to be notified if others post on a bookmarked thread.

If you just click on notifications bell symbol you can read them in one place and that gets rid of them too.

You don’t have to delete them though.
