    £1.03 in my pot today. Am really scrabbling around to find cash at the moment.  I hardly ever use it!

    I don’t use cash much either so have opted to use a savings space and transfer money monthly. I also figure spending it at the end may be problematic if all in cash or do you have a plan?

    Hi enthusiasticsaver 
    Previously,  for the sealed pot challenge, I have taken the cash to my bank (Natwest), where I pour it all into a machine, and it gets paid into my account. 

    This weekend I would like to look into accounts that pay better interest than what I'm getting now. I think I will open one for this challenge, separate from all my other money, and add to it regularly.

    I did this last year off my own bat, but found it a real struggle in November/December when the daily payments got over £3 a day.  This year I'm allocating direct from my monthly budget and transferring the cash over to my credit union account when my pay comes in on the 24th of each month ...
